By downloading or using Voice Crumbs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Voice Crumbs captures voice journal entries, transcribes them on-device, and stores them with end-to-end encryption on your device.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
Voice Crumbs offers the following subscription options:
The yearly subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
A 14-day free trial is available for new users. During the trial, you have unlimited access to all features. If you don’t subscribe before the trial ends, you can continue using Voice Crumbs with up to 3 entries per week.
Voice Crumbs offers a lifetime purchase option:
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
All content, design, and functionality of Voice Crumbs are owned by John Carter and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Voice Crumbs is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Important: Because all data is stored locally on your device with no cloud backup, we cannot recover lost entries if the app is uninstalled or the device is lost.
Your use of Voice Crumbs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
