By downloading, installing, or using PDF Pages (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

PDF Pages is a PDF page extraction application that allows you to select specific pages from a PDF document and create a new PDF containing only those pages. All processing happens locally on your device.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Ensure you have the right to modify PDF documents you process
• Ensure appropriate permissions are granted for features you use

In-App Purchases

• The app offers an optional annual subscription for unlimited extractions
• Free users receive 3 extractions per calendar month
• All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policies

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
